Assessment and therapy, under one roof.
We help children, adolescents and adults understand what’s getting in the way, and what to do about it.
Psychological assessment
A clearer picture, and a path forward.
Psychological testing can answer questions that have lingered for years: why school feels so hard, why focus slips away, why social situations are exhausting, or what diagnosis best fits.
Results can support school accommodations (IEP and 504 plans), guide treatment, and help you and the people around you understand what you need.
- ADHD and attention concerns
- Autism spectrum evaluations
- Learning differences and academic struggles
- Cognitive and intellectual functioning
- Emotional, behavioral and personality concerns
- Diagnostic clarification when the picture is unclear

About assessments.
How long does a psychological assessment take?
Most evaluations involve an intake interview, one or more testing sessions, and a feedback meeting. Depending on the questions being asked, testing may take a few hours or be spread across more than one day. We will give you a clear plan at the start.
What happens at the feedback session?
We sit down together to walk through the results in plain language, answer your questions, and talk about practical recommendations for home, school, work or treatment. You will also receive a written report.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed to contact us. Some insurance plans require one for psychological testing, so if you are using insurance, it is worth checking with your plan. We are glad to help you figure out what you need.

Taking the first step can be the hardest part.
Reach out with a question or to request an appointment. We will walk you through what comes next, at a pace that feels right.
